MAPS Achievements

Yippee! There's another award in our kitty!  MAPS has been ranked No. 1 for Individual Attention to Students in the North India's School Jury Rating and Ranking, Category CBSE. The award was presented to the school Principal Ms. Alka Sahani for motivating the staff to be nurturers and offering care and concern to every single child. MAPS takes pride in making each child feel special and that's our USP! The nourishing care enables the child to take wings and be the best version of himself.   Gareth B. Mathews would surely pat us on the back!

Inspiration involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work and you have to inspire team-mates.'  Principal Mrs. Alka Sahni  has been conferred with the Pradhanacharya Shiksha Ratna Samman by Bharat Vikas Parishad, North Delhi.  Ms. Sahni is an embodiment of  leadership, inspiring zeal and passion in the staff as well as the students. Conscientious to the core, she instills an unwavering value system in the students and sets high standards in curricular and co-curricular domains.  Under her tutelage, thousands of minds are inspired to take wings and soar. The award is a recognition of her efforts and endeavours. Heartiest Congratulations!

 Guru Vandan-Chhatra Abhinandan,a felicitation ceremony was organized by the Bhartiya Vikas Parishad at Prudence School on Saturday, September 24,2022.  Teachers Ms.Monika Sharma and Ms.Bhawna Dhingra and five students Gracy Vikramaditya IXB , Bhargav IXC, Hemant Kaushik XIIF, Tamanna Aggarwal VIIIF, Yashraj VIIIF from Maharaja Agarsain Public School, Ashok were felicitated by Sh.Himanshu Gupta, Directorate of Education Delhi . During the celebrations the chief Guest, Sh.Himanshu Gupta  explained to the students about the age old traditions of Guru and Shishya relationship and how a student should respect his teachers and how teacher should selflessly and tirelessly work for the welfare of the students.

"A teacher affects posterity" - these words have been engraved forever in the history of outstanding teaching and equally imprinted in our hearts as MAPS is pleased to congratulate Ms. Sapna Sharma, Middle Wing Coordinator for being conferred with "Saraswati Samman" , THE NATION BUILDER DISTINGUISHED TEACHER AWARD 2022 in consonance with Rotary India. As her name suggests, she has been fulfilling her dream of creating leaders of tomorrow by imparting values, discipline and character in every student who is touched by her teaching. An epitome of dedication, she has made the MAPS fraternity proud again with her achievements. Heartiest congratulations  and best wishes!

I touch the future. I teach' -Robert Frost Great teachers touch eternity and awards are an acknowledgement of their efforts. MAPS had its moment of pride when Ms. Nisha Gupta (PGT English) was conferred with the prestigious SAVITRIBAI PHULE SAMMAN 2022 for being the Most Inspiring Educator and proving her calibre in her domain. Sh. Himanshu Gupta, IAS Hon'ble Director of Education, presented the award at a glittering ceremony organised on the occasion of Teachers Day by Indraprastha School Sahodaya and Delhi Schools Sahodaya Complex. Congratulations & Celebrations!!!  

  Respected Principal ma'am, Ms Alka Sahani is conferred with the grand award 'Innovation in Global Collaborative Learning' by the biggest education conclave EEC- Education Excellence Conclave. Ma'am was appreciated for creating a collaborative environment to scaffold teachers’ engagement with technology-enhanced learning. A grand salute to educators.   “Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees”. It was a soul enriching and a moment of triumph for MAPS when Swastika Jaiswal (XA)( First Prize), Tanishka Koli( XE) and Dev Jaiswal of (IA) (Second Prize) were declared winners in an online yoga event, Vande Bharatam organized by Delhi District . On the occasion of  INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY, International Internship University - IIU awarded 1001 Women with THE MOST INSPIRING WOMEN OF THE Earth AWARD 2022 for their outstanding work in their respective fields. MAPS feels extremely proud to announce that Principal ma'am, Ms Alka Sahani has been felicitated with the prestigious title 'THE MOST INSPIRING WOMEN OF THE Earth AWARD 2022' for her excellence and leadership in education and created a world record. Ma'am is one amongst the 1001 published inspiring women on the earth to be a part of the golden book of earth record. Heartiest Congratulations!

  Delhi State Games for the year 2021-22 was conducted by the Directorate of education (sports branch). Hemant kaushik added a feather of the MAPS cap by bagging First prize in weightlifting (under 19 years). He was honoured with a gold medal, certificate and cash prize of ₹2100/- MAPS fraternity wishes him good luck for his upcoming Nationals.
